Welcome to WaApiHub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and WaApiHub ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your Account and Responsibilities

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of Services

WaApiHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes, as detailed on our Pricing page and subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use and Messaging Compliance

Your use of our services is strictly conditional upon your compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of Meta and WhatsApp. You explicitly agree that you will:

  • Obtain verifiable, explicit opt-in consent from every user before sending them any messages.
  • Never send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, or content that is illegal, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by WhatsApp's Commerce Policy.
  • Provide a clear and immediate way for users to opt-out of receiving future messages.
  • Use only pre-approved Message Templates for initiating conversations with users or for messaging them outside the 24-hour customer service window.

Violation of these compliance rules is the most common reason for account suspension and may result in the immediate termination of your service without a refund.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions: Our services are billed on a subscription basis in advance (e.g., monthly or annually) on account of SAN ISP LLC.
  • Payments: All payments are processed through secure third-party processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.
  • Refunds: As outlined in our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees due to the provision of a 10-day free trial and the immediate access to our digital services upon payment.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, failing to comply with the Acceptable Use and Messaging Compliance rules outlined in Section 3.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaApiHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
